Our Mission Statement
Our mission at Owen Community Healthcare Center is to improve the mental health and general well-being of our community. We do this with consultations, advocacy, education, and support services. We are locally owned and operated.
Additionally, we are raising awareness of the critical need to educate and engage our society and community. We hope to inspire those who are emotionally lost or struggling, to get the help they need, to go through each day feeling a little more positive about their lives.
A Community-Based Non-Profit Organization
We are committed to providing mental health services to members of our community. We also provide interventions and education to develop social and life skills. Our patients need to be more aware of the cultural, behavior, and emotional impact of these skills.
These evidence-based skills are necessary to promote a greater social-emotional function of those individuals who are suffering from a number of mental health issues. These issues may include stress, depression, anger, anxiety, and substance abuse.
